Next Steps

This pre-application community consultation has been developed to meaningfully engage with stakeholders, including local residents and communities, as part of the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) process.

Following the completion of the consultation period, all feedback will be carefully reviewed and considered. The design team may make refinements to the proposals in response to the comments received.

A full planning application for the proposed development will then be submitted to Antrim & Newtownabbey Brough Council. The application will be accompanied by a Pre-Application Community Consultation Report summarising all feedback and how it has informed the proposals.
